Registration Procedure
- Complete the Online Secure Registration Form or Change Personal Information Already Entered Online.
- To Reserve an Accommodation, visit the Quebec Government tourist website at: www.bonjourquebec.com.
Fee
Free for the media including:
- Meeting and greeting of arriving members of the press at Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB); at the Sainte-Foy, Quebec City, and Charny train stations; and at the bus terminals in Sainte-Foy and Quebec City
- Admission to all 2008 IEC activities
- Public transit within Quebec City and Lévis
- Noon lunches, from Monday to Saturday, at the “Eucharistic City” (ExpoCité)
- Congress-related documents and Media Handbook
- Simultaneous translation in French, English, and Spanish
- Admission to areas reserved for the media and press room
Reminder
Remember that to receive temporary accreditation, you must complete and submit an accreditation request form along with the following documents:
- A letter of assignment from your press organization requesting temporary accreditation for the 2008 International Eucharistic Congress, certifying that you are the journalist tasked with covering the Congress and that you agree to abide by the standards of the profession (e.g., respect for embargos)
- A photocopy of your Press ID Card (for citizens of countries where such cards exist)
