Cancellation and refund policy |
Once a
participant's payment has been transferred to the organisation by the group
leader, the registration cost is no longer refundable.
However, the
registration can be transferred to a second party within the same group. In
order to authorize this transfer from person to person, a written request must
be sent to the organisation by the group leader. All requests received before May 15th 2008
will be free of charge, after this date a 25$ administration fee is applicable.
A portion of
the amount received from non-refundable registrations will financially help
those less fortunate with their registration cost.
